Cell Phones

We ask that cell phones are to be turned off and not used when in the treatment room to ensure a tranquil environment.

Appointments

We recommend scheduling appointments for facial and body treatments. However, we can accommodate all other services without advanced notice. Please note a credit card is required to reserve appointments of two hours or more.

Late Arrival

As a courtesy to our other clients,. if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be modified or rescheduled so that we can remain on schedule.

Age

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatments. Parental consent is needed for clients under the age of 18.

Special Conditions

Please inform us of any health conditions or allergies so that we can make the appropriate modifications for your well being.

Attire for Spa Treatments

A spa wrap and slippers will be provided as well as disposable undergarments. If you prefer to fully disrobe, our staff is professionally trained is proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort.

Gratuities

Gratuities are appreciated and are to be made at the clients discretion. A 20% gratuity is customary.

Refund Policy

There are no cash or credit card refunds. Spa credit only will be given.
